OneRoom uses your account information to authenticate you and provide meetings, recordings and personal rooms. Your birth year is checked in the browser during onboarding and is not stored.
Meeting data
Meeting metadata and recordings are processed only to provide the features you choose. Recordings are created only when a participant starts recording.
Communications
Product updates are optional. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting support@oneroom.app.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting support@oneroom.app.
