Using OneRoom
You must be at least 16 years old to create an individual OneRoom account. Educational organizations serving people under 18 must identify themselves during onboarding.
Your responsibilities
Use OneRoom lawfully, respect other participants and obtain permission before recording or sharing meeting content.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, network conditions or circumstances outside our control.
Account security
Keep your credentials confidential and notify support@oneroom.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
